Staying

Meldrum House has 51 bedrooms in three outstanding areas: within the main baronial country house, the converted Stables and the contemporary new development. Many of the bedrooms have stunning views of the golf course, with the new wing having floor to ceiling windows. Bedrooms are luxurious and stylish with sumptuous Scottish interior design and decadent bathrooms. Additional accommodation for groups is also available in the Chain Lodge gatehouse.

Dining

The award-winning 2 Red Rosette Dining Room at Meldrum House is atmospheric, stylish and the perfect location for a delicious lunch or dinner. Meldrum’s Executive Chef prides himself on creating dishes featuring the very finest of locally
sourced seasonal produce.

Afternoon Tea

Our afternoon teas are legendary. With everything homemade, it’s a chance to enjoy a selection of canapés, sandwiches and pastries in front of our fire in the Drawing Room or outside on our new terrace. Spoil yourself with friends or family, or give an afternoon tea voucher as a gift.

A Wee Dram

At 800 years old, our Cave Bar has been refurbished and boasts nooks and crannies where you can enjoy a drink or two. We offer local ales, cocktails and a selection of over 120 whiskies. A light-bites menu is available from 12 noon until 5pm. You can even head out to our outdoor terrace that adjoins the bar and sip a drink in the sun.

Golfing

Our private members’ 18-hole Parkland golf course was designed by Graeme Webster. It’s a course for the most accomplished golfer, or with a choice of tee positions, for golfers who want to take things a little more leisurely. Our Head Pro, Neil Marr, is ranked as one of the top 25 coaches in the UK by Golf Monthly magazine. We have a world-class teaching academy and a well-stocked Pro Shop that is open to the public seven days a week. We have golf offers where you can stay with us at the hotel and play the course. You will find these on our website. Alternatively, if you would like tobecome an individual or corporate member ofthe golf club we have several packages available.
